These pictures were taken while Kimberly Spencer was 8 months pregnant with her second child.  Please note that not all these exercises are intended for every woman while pregnant.  The best time to start Pilates for a woman having  a child is before becoming pregnant, after the first trimester if new to Pilates, and always only after clearance from your doctor.
