Perfect for partnering with a family, friend, or colleague - no matter the differences in ages or fitness levels! (Pricing is per person) Each 65 minute session can be done on apparatus, mat and/or FRC mobility session via Zoom, Google Meet or Skype. Have an individually tailored exercise plan delivered to you online. Perfect for any level, whether you're new to mobility and Pilates or looking for guidance from a mentor. Each session also includes an exercise review sheet, cues and suggestions from each session along with links and access to recorded exercises. Start moving forward in your fitness journey today and share it with someone special!
