Level 1

The most gentle of the CARs that should be done daily.
They are movement focused to provide awareness.

Level II

These are articular focused and require more joint isolation.
Props are used to block the body from any 'cheating.'

Level III

These high tension, high intensity rotations are about strengthening joint capacity.
These are only done after smooth, pain free rotational movements can be done in joints with good dissociation from surrounding joints (no compensation) and to create a strength stimulus with external load.
