The online Kinstretch® with Kim course is a progressive series of mobility classes that comes with personalized coaching from me to assist you towards your movement goals.


As a certified Kinstretch® coach, I'll provide classes that are tailored to specific joint training and include accommodations for most ages, levels of fitness and flexibility.

Get ready to learn more about your body, increase ranges and body control and develop awareness and tissue strength you didn't know you haven't been training!



ENROLLMENT: OCT 3 - OCT 15, 2022



Each week for six (6) weeks two (2) new classes (as listed below) will be added to your dashboard:

  • (1) 70+ minute pre-recorded Kinstretch® with Kim class for joint care, body control and gaining new freedom of movement

  • (1) 30 minute pre-recorded Kinstretch® with Kim class that can be used for additional movement snacks when time is limited

Access to all of the following to do anytime, anywhere as many times as you like for the two (2) month course duration

  • All newly added current course classes

  • Intro vides and FAQ's

  • Previous course lessons:

    • CARs Crash Course lessons to help optimize your rotations

    • Movement challenges

  • Access to select Mobility and Pilates videos from the Movement on Demand

1:1 Remote check-ins with me (20 min/week)

Access to a members only group forum here on this site to ask questions, leave feedback, make requests, support others, join in future challenges and more.

Total cost/course = $90 USD. That's about $11/week for two (2) new Mobility Classes for six (6) weeks, not including the introductory videos, FAQ's, and all the Mobility and Pilates On Demand access! WOW!

I'm your Movement Guide

Hey there Mover

As a certified Mobility Specialist and Kinstretch® instructor through the Functional Range Conditioning System® AND a a certified Pilates teacher for 23 years, I believe I have loads of tools and experience to help guide you and your body!


Movement is my life. I have been teaching movement in some form since teaching dance in my teens and have had the honor to help all levels of fitness and awareness feel more capable - from patients recovering from injuries in Physical Therapy clinics to professional athletes and competitive gymnasts and dancers.

I enjoy providing a movement environment  and experience that provides practitioners and students alike the information and tools from my training and experience to improve performance levels and overall joint health and STRENGTH.  As a mother of two I am often reminded f the importance of maintaining balance, consistency, persistency, and patience in all aspects of your life.
