Dynamic Movement is a youth program for dancers and high performance athletes. Having been working on this program since I can remember, I use exercises specifically designed for each dancer/athlete (literally!) to increase performance levels, translate strengths and range of motion into skills and decrease injuries (or help recovery). The more complicated the skills, the more components that make up that skill. Dynamic Movement breaks down each component to work on the strength and flexibility needed in order to successfully and safely perform the skills.
I hope that dance studios, gyms, ice skating rinks and more will help give their students this grab bag of tools they'll be able to rely on to get them through difficult skills, stay healthy through a season (or try to) and learn more about the body they'll be living in throughout their entire lives.
