At 67 I can honestly say my body is changing. It's hard work. I don't want to do it. And I'm glad I have you to push me. In no way does the effort I need to use hurt me. When I do hip CARS and then get on the reformer to do foot work I clearly feel the force going through my legs into the hips joints, into the pelvic ring and up my spine. I only wish I'd found this before!

I just finished the hip abduction class. I think that is now tied for my all-time favourite with your hip extension class from the first series I took!
As usual, your CARS were the bomb. Probably my favourite with all of the hip rotation!
