BEND DON'T BREAK MOBILITY - Pilates Teacher's Workshop (2)

Presenting a Master Class specifically desiged for ALL Pilates teachers

This workshop will cover lots of science based, spine specific mobility drills and techniques that can be used to increase and improve Thoracic spine extension for all back extension and full body extnsion Pilates exercises on the every apparatus. Specifically designed for Pilates teachers, and curated by currently active and certifed Mobility Specialist and 25 year Pilates teacher, Kimberly Spencer, we'll explore and experience ways to isolate thoracic extension with specificity to make improvements directly where needed and cue each other based on what we learn.

Invaluable things we'll cover:

• Self Assessment tools
• Vertebral segmentation drills
• Blocking techniques for compensations
• Stretch and isometric techniques to increase TSpine awareness and control
• Cueing tips to draw out body autonomy and awareness
• Helpful tips to consider from years of training and experience teaching this work to all levels of clients
