INTEGRATIVE MOBILITY - A Movement Teacher's Workshop

Grass Roots Pilates presents a Master Class specifically desiged for ALL Movement teachers - Dance teachers, Yoga and Pilates instructors, and all Movement Coaches.

This workshop will cover lots of joint loving and science based stretch techniques that can be confidently incorporated into current instruction. Specifically designed for teachers, and curated by certifed Mobility Specialist and 23+ year Pilates teacher, Kimberly Spencer, we'll cover ways to improve the longevity, health and performance levels of students as well as body autonomy for all levels in class. We'll learn:

• Self Assessment tools
• Rotational ranges
• Joint Capsule care
• Stretch Techniques
• Joint stability within movement
• Helpful tips to consider from years of training and experience teaching this work

These tip, tools and technques will enhance workouts and help students have happier, healthier joints that can work, train, or perform longer, stronger and stay pain free.
