Inversions aren't just for gymnasts, yogis or the young. When I turned 40, I decided I wanted to join my kids and try to conquer handstands. While I have made some wonderful gains through many informative yogi tutorials, I began a #stretchandstand challenge on IG that utilizes Pilates exercises to improve alignment, strength and control in handstands. This challenge coordinates with other Pilates instructors in the community to create Pilates flows that lead up to improving and progressing handstands.
