As a Pilates Instructor and fellow FRS practitioner, I was having difficulty with the blending of the two systems and seeing how I could work them in together. Kim has an amazing way to do that.

Thanks so much for blazing the path of how we can apply FRS principles into the Pilates world.

You are the best Kimberly, I enjoy the course so much. And I am discovering different muscles, feeling, connections in my body every week. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

After the first online course I got so hooked up I continued with the annual membership. All the courses have been fantastic and very different from one another. Never a dull moment! I have learned so much both my body and my clients have benefit from.

Kim is a great teacher, she is knowledgeable, passionate and fun to work with.

At 67 I can honestly say my body is changing. It's hard work. I don't want to do it. And I'm glad I have you to push me. In no way does the effort I need to use hurt me.  When I do hip CARS and then get on the reformer to do foot work I clearly feel the force going through my legs into the hips joints, into the pelvic ring and up my spine. I only wish I'd found this before!

I really appreciate how Kim takes the time to educate you about the Kinstretch system as you work through the progressions.  Her instruction is clear, consistent and easy to follow for individuals at any fitness level.

Thank you, Kimberly!!  I truly appreciate your work, teaching, and creating so much good content!
I love the cueing, teaching style, and accessibility of the classes! My ankles felt better which I especially noticed while running.

I can’t thank you enough for your amazing classes and tools.

When I started working with Kim, I didn't think my hip would play such a central role. The range of movement was small and often I had pain after working out but all the movements explained to me were really good. I've been training with Kim's method physically and mentally for three months and the change is obvious. It's shocking to realize how hard I have to train and how different my body feels than it looks from the outside

Must do course for all! To open up spaces unknown, to ask for more...To pull, pull and push, push! Kimberly you are super at what you do! I have discovered so much space in my body and thoughts after your course Kimberly. Everyday the CARs are my to go moments of mindfulness.
