Sexy MF Mobility Movers

This is it, boo hoo. Final challenge. It has been fun. And challenging.

I am using the cane again, and 2 lb weights. (Tried 3 lbs but lost a lot of control with them). I think this went better than yesterday, despite the distraction towards the end.

For day 13 - arms above head (sort of), no load today, will add the load tomorrow.
